The free trial opens one organisation for the company name you enter. You are the company admin of that organisation. You are responsible for the people you invite and for the catalogue data you load.

The trial length shown on the sign-up page is the one that applies. When it ends, the organisation stays available to read and stops accepting changes until someone upgrades it. Prices published on the marketing pages are placeholders and are not an offer to charge a card. The product does not collect payment.

The portal is an ordering and approval tool. It does not check that an item meets a local safety law, and it does not hold stock or pay a supplier. Sample catalogues in the demonstration company are not live products.
