The portal stores the company profile, the people you add, catalogues, orders, and the audit trail of changes inside that company. A person in one company cannot read another company’s rows. The demonstration company is separate from organisations opened by the trial form.

Sign-in uses a username and password held by the portal. Company admins, catalogue admins, and procurement officers are asked for an authenticator code unless the company changes that setting. The platform super admin uses an authenticator and needs a time-limited grant before opening a company’s data.

Email about orders and account setup is sent from no-reply@ppeordering.com to the address on the person’s profile. The public contact form sends the message you type to the contact address configured for the site.

The application is hosted on Vercel. The database is Postgres in the Mumbai region. Payment card details are not collected, because billing is not connected.
